Data Protection

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a law that has applied from 25th May 2018.  It is designed to strengthen data protection for individuals.

I hold my clients personal data on a password protected computer database.

The reason I hold this data is so that I can remind clients by telephone, post, or text when I last tuned their piano.

The type of data I hold are their name, address, telephone numbers, type of piano and date of last tuning.

I do not share these details with any third party.

Clients can contact me at anytime to obtain a copy of the information I hold about them and have any inaccuracies corrected.  They may ask for their information to be erased, rectified or amended.
